🥢 Smoked Tofu Rice Paper Rolls
🛒 Ingredients
For the filling 🥕🥬
1 tsp oil
1 small onion (finely sliced)
½ capsicum (thinly sliced)
½ cup cabbage (shredded)
½ cup carrot (grated)
Salt to taste
½ tsp red chilli flakes 🌶️
150g Auro Soya’s smoked tofu (grated)
For rolling 🌯
6–8 rice paper sheets
Water (for soaking)
Make and assemble as shown in the video.
Quick Dipping Sauce (1 min magic!)
2 tbsp peanut butter 🥜
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic (finely chopped)
½ tsp red chilli flakes 🌶️
1 tbsp red chilli sauce or tomato ketchup 🍅
Salt (a pinch)
2–3 tbsp water (to adjust consistency)
