, , services, and even the are able to reach my home easily using the address and location provided.

However, delivery agents almost never reach directly to my address. Their location usually gets stuck somewhere in between, and they are unable to navigate properly through the map even with the correct address and live location.

Every single delivery requires 2–3 phone calls just to guide the delivery person to my home.
I run a business, so I am compelled to use the service regularly, but honestly, the delivery experience with is consistently stressful and inconvenient.

Kindly improve your navigation system and train delivery partners properly to follow map locations accurately.
