Field Officer- Role Responsibilities
Marketing & Sales
• Source customers for services being offered by kapove
• Organise innovative sales campaigns, events and kiosk drives to increase Brand Pe*******on
• Meet the target number of toll free calls from the farmers in the assigned area.
• Continuously source field through bookings both before and during the operations
Operations
• Assist the machine crew to set base in the operational centre
• Inspect all existing bookings physically, source all the adjacent field bookings
• Schedule all the bookings, communicate the same to farmers and central team
• Drive all the orders to completion and report the same online on a timely basis
• Manage timely cash payments and collections all through the operations cycle
• Promote online/cash less payments from the customers/farmers
Candidate Profile & Expectations
• Graduate from a recognised institute
• Well versed with English and regional languages
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory
• Tech Savvy
• Loving to travel in the countryside
• Motivated to put in sincere efforts in the right direction
