DELHIVERY — WHERE ARE OUR RTO SHIPMENTS?
We are extremely disappointed with the way our RTO shipments are being handled by Delhivery.
We are Abcube Industries Pvt. Ltd., and we have been waiting for multiple RTO shipments that were handed over to Delhivery in June 2026.
We have the original manifest documents proving the handover.

Yet, even after 6–8+ weeks, several shipments have still not been returned to us.
This is causing:
❌ Inventory discrepancies
❌ Operational disruption
❌ Financial losses
❌ Unnecessary follow-ups
❌ Serious concern regarding shipment handling
🚨 EVEN MORE SERIOUS — OTP ISSUE
Last week, a Delhivery delivery manager contacted us and asked for an OTP even though the RTO shipment had not been physically delivered to us.
Why was an OTP being requested when the shipment was not handed over?
We expect Delhivery to investigate this matter immediately.
We want clear answers:
👉 Where are our shipments?
👉 Why have they not been returned?
👉 Who is responsible for the delay?
👉 Why was an OTP requested without physical delivery?
👉 What action is Delhivery taking?
We have documentary evidence, including the Delhivery manifests and AWB details, and are formally requesting senior management intervention.
Delhivery, please resolve this immediately.
Our shipments are not just numbers in a tracking system — they are our inventory, our money and our business assets.
