هەستیاری بە تۆز یەکێکە لە کێشە تەندروستییە بەربڵاوەکان، بەو پێیەی ئەگەری ڕوودانی زیاد دەکات لەگەڵ بڵاوبوونەوەی پیسی و خۆڵ لە بەرگەهەوادا، هەروەها دەتوانرێت ڕێگری لە هەستیاری بە تۆز بکرێت بە هەندێک شێوە.
