Producer Onder de Boompjes and Michelin three-starred chef Jonnie Boer create Gin & Jonnie, the first 'gastro gin' after a year of comparisons and work. A combination of herbs, Szechuan pepper, Sarawak pepper, Voatsiperifery pepper and long pepper, citrus fruits such as grapefruit, lemon, orange peel, as well as angelica, finochietto seeds and flowers, verbena, cumin, cardamom and liquorice were used in the creation. Botanicals have been carefully selected to achieve maximum value from a gastronomic point of view. A complex gin to turn any day into a special experience!

New Gin alert! Gretchen von Schwarzwald! The nose has distinct hints of coriander and juniper to which are added notes of sweet flowers and ripe fruits such as quince, raspberry and small citrus fruits. In the background are balsamic nuances of woody spruce shoots and a touch of pepper. This is followed by a light fruity tone, which in turn turns into a nice cardamom spice.
