Happy Summer Reading to everyone at the British School of Milan where this afternoon I was displaying some great new titles at the summer fair, with lots of interest in the football books especially given England's winning performance last night!

The temperature was hot hot hot outside but the books were SO COOL indoors yesterday for the summer book fair at Kiddy English in Milan! Especially popular were activity books for the summer holidays and bedtime stories, to keep children engaged all day long after school ends.

The sun shone for the second Parents' Evening at the British School of Milan yesterday afternoon and we were able to have an outdoor display of new books to support learning (English and maths workbooks, dictionaries, wipe-clean first words, flashcards) and reading. Especially popular as gifts were sticker dolly dressing and books about football!

Showcasing some amazing new titles at the Andersen International School of Milan this week, so much to be excited about. At least 6 brand new original fiction books for age 9+ and the amazing Fake News and how to spot it: something we all need!

Just finished three great days of book fair at the American School of Milan: t's party time when the book fair comes to town! So many teachers told me their favourite time of year at school growing up was Book Fair and we saw for ourselves the same thing is true today as it was years ago. As I celebrate 20 years of making the ASM book fairs magical this year, I was delighted to spread some of the magic that books bring.

We had a great time at the St. Louis Colonna school of Milan today for parent teacher conference day, so many families turned up to tell me what they have read, are currently reading and are looking forward with great excitement to reading next! One of the best parts of a school book fair is to share a passion for reading and pass it on to children, parents and teachers! Wishing a happy reading weekend to everyone!

We had a great day on World Book Day last week at the International School of Monza! The beautiful library was transformed for the day into a colourful book shop for everyone to browse and celebrate the importance of books and reading.

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas at the St. Louis school Caviglia campus in Milan today where I am surrounded by Christmas trees and we are jolly and bright!
