L’isola Palmaria che si affaccia sul canale di Portovenere, con le sue grotte, spiagge e cave di marmo
“portoro”, con le numerose fortificazioni militare, con la sua rigogliosa macchia mediterranea
dominata da lecci, pini, corbezzoli e ginestre ha ispirato la nuova collezione di ceramiche in pasta bianca smaltata da rivestimento. Tre formati modulari che possono essere abbinati o utilizzati singolarmente, in 6 colori che richiamano gli elementi naturali dell’isola, applicati con pennellate stonalizzate per enfatizzare l’effetto rustico del materiale.
La superficie leggermente irregolare cattura i riflessi degli smalti lucidi accentuando il movimento della collezione.
The island of Palmaria overlooking the Portovenere channel, with its caves, beaches and “portoro” marble
quarries, with its numerous military fortifications, with its lush Mediterranean scrub dominated by hol
oaks, pines, strawberry trees and brooms has inspired the new collection of glazed white body ceramics for
wall coverings.
Three modular formats that can be combined or used individually, in 6 colors that recall the
natural elements of the island, applied with shaded brush strokes to emphasize the rustic effect of the material.
The slightly irregular surface captures the reflections of the shiny enamels, accentuating the movement
of the collection.
