We created a transparent Ducati clutch slave cylinder to reveal what normally remains hidden: the piston moving every time the clutch lever is pulled and released.

The Kbike piston features both a sealing O-ring and a dedicated guide ring. The O-ring maintains hydraulic pressure, while the guide ring keeps the piston correctly aligned and helps withstand the stresses transmitted by slipper clutches.

Every component is CNC-machined, ceramic-media superfinished and assembled by Kbike in Italy.

Fully serviceable. Lifetime warranty.

Oggi è iniziato il montaggio del nuovo Modula nel nostro nuovo capannone logistico, accanto all’area produttiva Kbike.

Come nasce un prodotto Kbike?

Tutto parte da un’esigenza reale: proteggere una delle zone più esposte della Ducati Streetfighter 1098S.

Dallo studio del componente originale alla progettazione in SolidWorks, dalla lavorazione CNC alle prove sulla moto, fino alle finiture e all’incisione laser.

Ogni fase viene seguita con attenzione per trasformare un’idea in un prodotto pronto per essere montato e utilizzato.

Questo è il percorso che c’è dietro ogni componente Kbike.

Coperchio protezione coppa olio, non solo una struttura rigida: una struttura progettata per deviare, assorbire e difendere.

Progettata per proteggere una delle zone più esposte e vulnerabili del motore, questa protezione coppa olio offre una barriera efficace contro urti, detriti e danni accidentali.

Design studiato per evitare i detriti: la geometria inclinata è progettata per favorire lo scivolamento di sassi, detriti e ostacoli riducendo l’impatto diretto sulla coppa olio.

Zona di deformazione controllata: tra la protezione e il fronte del motore è stato volutamente lasciato uno spazio d’aria calibrato, in caso di urto la protezione può flettersi e assorbire parte dell’energia dell’impatto contribuendo ad attenuare il colpo anzichè trasmetterlo direttamente al motore.

Consigliato anche su moto carenate: anche con la carena la coppa rimane un punto sensibile e questa protezione aggiunge una difesa reale

Estetica racing: Su una naked esalta il look meccanico e aggressivo, su una super sportiva si integra come un vero componente performante.
