Today I'll tell you about another tradition, that I thought was Italian but then I discovered it's pretty diffuse in the rest of Europe too.
When we were little, in autumn our grandparents used to give us a horse chestnut and tell us to keep it in our pocket all the winter long, so that it would have protected us from flu and colds.
Last year I gave one to my boyfriend, and he said they have the same tradition in the Netherlands. It felt so special! 🌰💚
The more I read about Bach Flowers, the more I get that these traditions were right about the healing power of plants.
Not so long ago I went to a drugstore and bought a couple of Bach's remedies, one of them was the White Chestnut, which I really felt the need to try.
This necklace I made for my boyfriend, is the same chestnut I gave him last autumn, and now he can finally wear it everyday! 🥰
For any special custom creation send me a private message. I use natural stones, natural elements like fruits, leaves, flowers, and animal findings like bones, shells, feathers, and anything that is dear and meaningful to you! 🌸🌿🪶🦴💎✨.
