GIVI è nata 42 anni fa, grazie al suo intraprendente fondatore, Giuseppe Visenzi che, pilota del motomondiale, si distinse in una serie di gare durante gli anni sessanta, giungendo nel 1969 terzo nel Campionato del Mondo classe 350. Dopo l'abbandono del mondo delle corse, la sua passione e determinazione lo porta ad impegnarsi nella progettazione e realizzazione di accessori per moto; crea quindi

la GIVI, che si impone rapidamente a livello sia nazionale che internazionale, sino a diventare una delle realtà più autorevoli ed innovative del panorama motociclistico mondiale. Oggi GIVI è una realtà internazionale basata sull'idea di far convergere: un design tutto italiano, una forte attitudine tecnologica ed una grande conoscenza specifica dei materiali, è lo sviluppo di un'idea di qualità, che ha fatto crescere una piccola officina di Brescia fino alle attuali dimensioni e notorietà mondiali. Con 9 sedi nel mondo e più di 150 addetti nelle unità produttive in Italia, Europa, America.
