Harvest time has always been a special family affair. Family members and relatives come together to lend a hand — a tradition that has been passed down through generations.

🍇 Weinlese am Kloster Säben

Diese Woche wurden die alten Weinberge des Klosters Säben gelesen. Hier wachsen Kerner und Sylvaner auf kargen, steinigen Diorit-Verwitterungsböden, geprägt von Mineralität, Höhe und Geschichte.

Questa settimana abbiamo vendemmiato gli antichi vigneti del Monastero di Sabiona. Qui crescono Kerner e Sylvaner su terreni poveri e sassosi, formati dall’alterazione del diorite – un luogo plasmato da mineralità, altitudine e storia.

This week, the old vineyards of Sabiona Monastery were harvested. Here, Kerner and Sylvaner grow on poor, rocky soils shaped by weathered diorite – a place defined by minerality, altitude and history. 🍇

Müller-Thurgau has already kicked things off in recent days.
Now, the harvest continues, one variety at a time. 🍇

Unser Agronom Alexander ist im Weinberg unterwegs und führt die letzten Kontrollen durch, bevor die nächsten Sorten der Weinlese 2026 eingebracht werden.
Müller-Thurgau hat in den vergangenen Tagen bereits den Auftakt gemacht.
