The garden lately. 💚🙏🏼

Well - it’s been a tough year for our garden but we’ve got a few things we can be very happy about!

Between opening our second V.VM in Florence and an incredibly dry season - we’ve had to make some sacrifices in the garden this year (not planting our Orto/vegetable garden :/) - but we’ve got our first ever pears to eat, some white hollyhocks and Jurassic-looking green plants that are growing well!

Plus, watching our cats Francis and Virginia explore the garden makes us 😍.

WE ARE IN HOUSE & GARDEN. 💚

When House & Garden Magazine decided to tell the story of our home, lifestyle shops and brand V.VM, we were incredibly excited! 🤩

Clare Foster | Garden Expert | Bud to Seed the garden editor of House & Garden, and photographer Dean Hearne came to spend a few days with us in Milan and here in the Umbrian countryside - getting to know V.VM, our home, our garden and the things that surround us.

This is the house where V.VM began, and it continues to be one of our greatest sources of inspiration. The colours, the materials, the garden, the old things we collect and the things we make for our own home all find their way into V.VM.
From our candles and ceramics to linens, tableware, textiles and objects for the home, V.VM is very much an extension of this place.
It was such a pleasure to share it all with Clare and Dean, and to see their beautiful photographs and words come together in the September issue.
We are so happy to finally share it with you.
