Lake Como elopement inspiration 🤍
Lake Como can feel a bit intimidating.
It is iconic, obviously. But it can also be busy, expensive, and honestly a little overwhelming if you do not know how to plan around it.
But this day is a good example of how cool a Lake Como elopement can be without booking one of the huge, ridiculously expensive villas.
We were around Lenno and Tremezzo, close to Villa del Balbianello, but we stayed in the gardens of Hotel San Giorgio instead.
And the whole place was unreal.
So much greenery, beautiful little corners, loads of privacy, and that very romantic Lake Como atmosphere that makes everything look like it belongs in a movie 🎞️
The connection between these two was so real as well. You could genuinely feel how much they loved each other, and Lake Como somehow made everything feel even more romantic.
That is why knowing how to move around the lake matters so much. You need to know where to go, what time to be there, how to avoid the crowds, and where you can find beautiful places that do not require a completely crazy budget.
