Designed for the automatic packaging of dense liquid products, these rotary monoblocks combine filling and capping in a single, compact machine.

The system can handle products such as detergents, cosmetic lotions, essential oils, milk, kefir and other dense or viscous liquids, including squeeze-type bottles, with dosing managed through rotary volumetric dosers, gear pumps or flow meters.

The integrated capping unit automatically feeds, orients and applies both screw and snap-on caps, while optional solutions such as double-head screwing, heat sealing and induction sealing allow the machine to adapt to different production requirements.

Built entirely in stainless steel and equipped with CE-compliant safety guards, these machines offer a flexible solution for reliable and efficient liquid packaging.

Suitable for honey, jams, sauces, pesto, mayonnaise, creams, yogurt and more, they can be configured with rotary pumps or pneumatic pistons, with up to 4 dosing nozzles.

The system features automatic capsule feeding and orientation, touchscreen control, capsule presence monitoring, and hot-air heating and sterilization. For oxidation-sensitive products such as mayonnaise and pesto, an optional vacuum closing system is also available.

Built in stainless steel and designed for in-line installation, these monoblocks offer a flexible and complete solution for automatic jar filling and capping.

Designed for the automatic packaging of food products in glass jars, these monoblocks combine precise volumetric dosing with reliable Twist-Off capping in a compact, fully automatic solution.

Suitable for products such as honey, sauces, jams, mayonnaise, yogurt, creams, pesto, processed cheeses, and more, the machines can be configured with rotary pumps or pneumatic pistons, with up to 4 dosing nozzles.

The system includes an automatic magnetic capsule feeder and orienter, adjustable dosing and filling parameters via touchscreen, capsule presence monitoring, and hot-air capsule heating and sterilization.

For products sensitive to oxidation, such as mayonnaise and pesto, an optional vacuum closing system is also available.

Built in stainless steel and designed for in-line installation, these machines offers a flexible and complete solution for automatic jar filling and Twist-Off capping.

The unit handles tirage for sparkling wines and ciders (bidule + crown cap) and still bottling for wines and juices (aluminium screw cap).

A compact automatic solution for filling food products into jars and closing them with Twist-Off capsules. Designed for liquid, dense, and semi-dense products, it combines automatic dosing and capping with simple operation and reliable performance.

With a capacity of up to 800 jars/hour and dosing from 40 cc, it is suitable for products such as honey, jams, sauces, pesto, creams, mayonnaise, fruit juices, and more.

The system features an anti-drip nozzle, gear pumps or pneumatic pistons, automatic filling, capsule feeding and screw capping, plus a Twist-Off orienting system with cap presence control. Different jar shapes and sizes can be handled without format change, with an optional diving nozzle dosing system.

For an even more complete solution, the monoblocks are also available with a stand-alone in-line linear rinser/blower for jar preparation before filling.
