Important message to all the loyal KWK Collectors

As announced by KWK Brand itself, we are now carrying exclusively the whole line of KWK Kayfabe Heroes and O-Ring Figures for the European Union.

Please be aware that:
- Out prices already include your country's VAT so there will not be any further fees added to your total at delivery. Please remember this when comparing our prices to the same items sold from KWK directly, or from distributors overseas. Those prices do not include VAT and all the additional import fees, so they appear cheaper. EU laws do not let us show the prices without VAT and this creates a lot of confusion.
- We are getting the products from KWK airmailed in (at a higher cost), so we usually have them earlier than all the other distributors that receive their stock by land/sea.
- We pack all the orders with care so that the figures reach you in the best possible shape. We have been doing this for 23 years, and our goal is to make collectors happy.
- We use DHL to deliver your order in a few days and we apply a flat rate (starting at 12,99 Euro). This means that you can buy as many items as you want and you will be charged shipping only once. We understand that this may hurt when buying a single figure, but it's a great deal when placing larger orders.
- We run a Reward program on our website that allows you to receive discount codes on future orders.
- Our website is available in 3 different languages: english, italian and german. Make sure to select your preferred one at the bottom right of the home page.
- We combine orders to let you save on shipping. Just contact us and we will assist you for all your needs. For example if you are a regular customer, we will let you place your orders without charging shipping on every single purchase, and we will charge shipping only when you want us to actually ship .
- If you are a reseller, a trader, or if you buy in bulk for any reasons, please just contact us to see if we can give you a better deal.
- Unlike some other companies, we are friendly and you can reach out for anything, so feel free to contact us from the website or directly at [email protected]
