Last week we announced it—and here it is, our newest bread, "Kneaded Truffle".

Like how the truffles are hidden in the earth, the mystery of this bread is only discovered with the right technique. Warm from the oven, the smell and taste of truffle reveals itself the moment fresh butter is spread across it; an exciting surprise and an irresistible treat.

A generous amount of the freshest truffle is kneaded into the dough, for a thoroughly delicious experience, then stored for a time and gently baked.

East meets Piedmont ... thats our style for tonight.

The autumn is at his end and what remains for us to enjoy the last truffles of this season the way we almost likes it best.

Fresh tuna and salmon, japanese omelette for the truffle flavors, finest rice and a bit raw.

This week we have got a very special perfume from the Piedmont in the house. Finally the season of the white truffles from Alba is here and we could not be more excited. The unique white truffle from Alba is a truly cooking and tasting or**sm for all fancy food lovers around the world.

We've waited a year for this and are delighted the wait is at last coming to an end. This friday the 10th of October the 84 ° International ALBA WHITE TRUFFLE FAIR will open with the annual opening ceremony at 05:30 p.m. in the "Teatro Sociale G. Busca".

During the next six weekends the world of culinary delight meeting to live together the common passion for the White Truffle.

Good Morning. Today ... this 1st october morning we celebrate the beginning of the White Truffle season with the right ingredients. A good soft-boiled egg padded with a hint of vodka and plenty of first white truffle inside, a couple of salt flakes and season can start.

The following weekend we are looking for an evening with the fantastic Truffles from Piemonte and the great "BB - Barolo & Bordeaux". We will share that evening with you, happy looking forward for new impressions, recipes and beautiful mouth watering photos. But before, tomorrow you can enjoy a Truffle Sushi photo course with us.

Ecco! They are back. Fresh and fragrant, the first Estivo from our new grove.

Gelato Festival in Italy. This weekend we celebrate Gelato Festival Torino .... for sure a great time for a break. Ice cream in the mountains of the Truffle .... is there something could be more like paradise?
