Peru 75% Amazonico Nativo DO

The Amazonico Nativo cocoa is cultivated by smallholder farmers of the CEPROAA cooperative in the highland-rainforest corridor of the Cajamarca and Amazonas regions of Peru 🇵🇪
In 2025, this heirloom cocoa received the Denominatión De Origen (the first one in Peru), a designation of origin that certifies the genetic purity of the beans: the profile consists predominantly of Cajamarca-Amazonas genetics, complemented by a smaller proportion of old local varietals.

This chocolate reveals notes of honey alongside floral and fruity flavors.

Our organic Stone Pine 70% bar will be featured in two publications next year, an Italian pastry magazine and a craft chocolate guide featuring 100 exceptional chocolate bars 🍫 and makers from around the world! 🌎

This chocolate bar combines the fruitiness of our Tanzania 70% Kokoa Kamili chocolate with the resinous, woody, and balsamic notes of Stone Pine essential oil distilled by Berglila, a fabulous local manufacturer of essential oils.

☆ DATE SUGAR 80% ☆

Öko Caribe beans from Dominican Repbulic

Our 80% date sugar bar is sweetened with 100% date powder made from Deglet Nour dates.

Deglet Nour date powder contains 65% sugar and it's a balanced mix of sucrose, glucose and fructose.

Since it's less sweet than regular sugar, this bar feels a bit darker then our classic 80%, made with the same cocoa beans. Also, the dates add it's own flavors to the tasting experience.

Typical Hispaniola cocoa bean characteristics, like chocolatey, dry fruits and walnut with a slight acidity plus the molasses/dark caramel like flavor from the dates.

It's surprisingly fruity with bright notes of red fruits and berries.

It is an eye-opener to many of our new clients as it really doesn't taste like your regular supermarket chocolate bar 😀
