-All orders require a 50% deposit

-The deposit may be made via a National Commercial bank account, or arrangements made with an agent for a cash deposit.
-Your order will not be processed without a deposit.
-When you make an order and deposit, 48 hours will be afforded to you incase you reconsider.
-No refunds are allowed after this period. Exchanges are always facilitated when applicable.
- Once a client receives their ordered item(s) there will be no refund of deposit unless the item has manufacturers' fault.
-If an ordered item ends up being out of stock, or have been a recalled the client will be notified to adjust orders accordingly. Delivery —Order Status

-It takes an estimated 15-20 business days to be processed.
-Once an order is in process you will receive updates on order up until delivery time.
-Unfortunately, if an order is delayed, we cannot refund a deposit.
-Express delivery is available at an increased cost for some orders.
-We deliver island-wide in Jamaica.
-Free delivery in Kingston, St. Catherine

Payment:
Two ways: Cash deposit via our NCB account or an arranged cash pick up. Whichever method you choose you will receive an electronic invoice on deposit and a printed invoice on delivery. Deposits are non-refundable after 48hrs
