• Sanitation Assistant

We’re looking for responsible, reliable individuals. Previous kitchen or pastry experience is preferred, and applicants should have a valid Food Handler’s Permit. Preference may be given to persons living in or around Ocho Rios.

Ever wondered how we turn cocoa beans into that smooth Pure Chocolate goodness? 🍫✨

It starts with the roast 🔥 to bring out those rich cocoa flavours. Then, into the winnower we go, separating the good stuff from the husk.

Next, we weigh it, pre-grind it, and finally send it into our grinder where the magic really happens, smoothing it down into the rich, silky chocolate we know and love. 🤎

From bean to smooth chocolate, every step matters and yes, it smells AMAZING along the way! 😍🍫

From learning about the history behind what we do to discovering more about our passion for Jamaican cocoa and chocolate, it was a pleasure sharing the Pure Chocolate experience with these lovely young ladies. 🇯🇲✨
