With pride and appreciation, the St. John Association participated in the celebrations held at the American University of Madaba on the occasion of the 80th Independence Day of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, an event that brought together a wide audience and featured rich national and cultural activities.
As part of its participation, the association showcased a selection of handmade products created by talented young women from Madaba, who are supported and trained through the association’s programs, with their work promoted through Dar Al Saraya Art & Heritage Market.
This participation reflects our strong belief in empowering women economically and socially, while promoting local heritage and youth creativity during national celebrations. 🇯🇴💙

بفخر واعتزاز، شاركت جمعية مار يوحنا في احتفالات الجامعة الأمريكية في مادبا بمناسبة عيد الاستقلال الـ80، والتي شهدت حضورًا واسعًا وفعاليات وطنية وثقافية مميزة.
وخلال مشاركتها، عرضت الجمعية مجموعة من المنتجات الحرفية التي أبدعتها فتيات من محافظة مادبا، واللواتي يتم دعمهن وتدريبهن ضمن برامج الجمعية، وتسويق أعمالهن من خلال سوق دار السرايا للفن والتراث.
هذه المشاركة تعكس إيماننا بدور المرأة وتمكينها اقتصاديًا واجتماعيًا، وتعزز حضور التراث المحلي والإبداع الشبابي في المناسبات الوطنية. 🇯🇴💙
