The story of Bacha Coffee begins in Marrakech in 1910. The spectacular Dar el Bacha palace, which means “house of the Pasha”, reunited the greatest cultural and political minds of the century over glittering pots of “coffee of Arabia” or Arabica, as it is known today. ers offer a meticulously sourced collection of over 200 single origin 100% Arabica coffee beans from 35 of the most consistent and well reputed producing countries around the world, as well as fine flavoured and blended coffees. A focus on the perfect roast and grind brings out the individual qualities and complexities of each variety of coffee. The Bacha coffee room serves a traditional cuisine, sweets and baked goods, with a collection of signature croissants that include a tantalizing array of fillings to perfectly accompany the range of coffees that are served all day long.
