【自家焙煎パパコーヒー営業終了のお知らせ】
家族以外の方々には一切お伝えしていないためみなさまを驚かせてしまうかもしれません。
掲題の件、2026年3月12日（木）の営業を最後に自家焙煎パパコーヒーの営業を終了させていただくことになりました。
2011年の創業時と比べて2倍になってしまっているコーヒー生豆原価と、「コーヒーはもっとカジュアルであるべき」という店主の信念が相容れなくなってきているため。
また、創業時に店主がお店に託した役割を一定果たせたと判断しているため。
残り1ヶ月の営業を楽しんだ後は、店主もイチコーヒー愛好家に戻ろうと思っています。
3/12（木）までは、これまでご愛顧いただいた感謝の気持ちを胸に、通常営業ときどき臨時休業のいつものペースでお店に立つ予定です。
普段通りにご来店くださいませ。

【Papacoffee Roastery to close】
I haven't told anybody this outside of my family, so it might come as a surprise to you.
As the title suggests, our home-roasted coffee shop, Papa Coffee, will close on Thursday, March 12, 2026.
This is because the cost of coffee beans has doubled since I founded the shop in 2011, and this is contradicting the owner's belief that "coffee should be more casual."
And because we believe that the shop has fulfilled to some extent the role we entrusted to it.
After enjoying the remaining month of working at the shop, we plan to return to being just coffee lovers.
Until Thursday, March 12th, we will be open as usual, with occasional temporary closures, and we would like to thank all our customers who have visited us so far.
Please visit us as usual. We look forward to seeing you again.
