For years, left-handed cooks have had limited options when it comes to true single-bevel Japanese knives — especially for sashimi.

We’re changing that.

Our new knife is handcrafted one by one in Seki City, Japan, the heart of Japanese blade-making.
From forging the steel to sharpening the left-handed single bevel, every step is done with meticulous craftsmanship.
