This is a rare back-to-back post for us.
We, X-Point Import, have been part of since its very first event in 2014.
There was one year during COVID when we couldn’t attend despite being entered, but aside from that, we’ve continued to participate every year—both with show cars and vendor booths—up through 2026.
Our first appearance was in 2014 with my own CB Accord sedan, originally built in 2013 for TEN.
It was K20A-swapped (CL7 Euro R engine with 6MT), and honestly, I built it by studying and mimicking builds from the US.
That car went through a few rebuilds over the years… and now it’s basically a parts car (lol).
From 2016 onward, we started involving our customers more—building cars like Integras and EG Civics.
In 2018, our S2000 earned our first award.
Then in 2017, ’s DC5 RSX (Integra) followed, and after the COVID years, ’s ITB setup won in 2023 at the current venue.
In 2022, we met , and in 2023 we took on the challenge of building a “Honda-style” RX-7—which also earned an award.
In 2024, we built two cars at once—’s TSX and ’s EP3—but didn’t place. That year really showed us how difficult it is to win with Civics and wagons.
And now, in 2026 at —
we brought home awards with four cars:
RX-7, EP3, ITB RSX (Integra), and TSX.
Winning with four cars at once was a huge honor for us as a builder and as a shop.

Seeing our five cars lined up together at the event reminded me of the Wekfest shows in the US—I couldn’t stop smiling.
Next year, we plan to invite more of our past builds and customers.
Our goal for 2027 is to line up 10 hoodless cars together.
