🍊 A favorite autumn/winter fruitty entertainment is the Mikan - on tap!!
Yes, Ehime is probably the only place where you can have orange juice on tap! Because we have so much of it!
Every producer prides themselves on the flavor and sweetness of their fruits. There are so many varieties to choose from!
It might not be the orange color of Halloween 🦇pumpkins 🎃 , but it still sends the cheery vibes. 🍊 ☺

Strolling on the streets of Japan. 🚶‍♀️ ⁠
It seems the famous poet, Issa Kobayashi also stopped by here, by this little hut.
Issa Kobayashi was a haiku writer in the 1800s. He was especially attentive to the small creatures —mosquitoes, bats, cats... He also had a particular sensitivity for the human behavior.
Here's one of his poems. What do you make of it?💭

" Even with insects—

some can sing,

some can’t."

♡Mizuhiki gift decorations♡ ~handmade in Ehime, Japan~
Gracefully woven Mizuhiki strands add a discrete finish to the package. This is perfect if you need to send the gift through the post! A usual ribbon would probably be squashed in transport...
The design is that of a deeply cherished Japanese symbol - the Ume Musubi, meaning the Plum Blossom. 🌸 It carries the meaning of something that cannot be untied. The knot seems to have no end and no beginning.
It's often used for occasions that should be unique, and that should last as long as possible (i.e. weddings 💒, celebrations of friendships 🤝, etc).
