いつもフリージアをご愛顧いただき、ありがとうございます。
誠に勝手ながら、10月13日（火）〜19日（月） は担当者不在のため、下記の業務をお休みさせていただきます。
・お問い合わせへの返信
・お品物の発送
なお、お品物のお受け取りは可能です(土日を除く)。
期間中にいただいたお問い合わせにつきましては、10月20日以降、順次対応させていただきます。
また、10月12日まで受注受付中の 「ippin 石めぐり」「スノーフレークネックレス」 につきましても、受注のご連絡は10月20日以降、順次対応させていただきます。
お客様にはご不便をおかけいたしますが、何卒ご了承くださいますようお願いいたします。

📢 Notice of Staff Absence
Thank you for your continued support of FREESIA.
Please note that our staff member will be away from Tuesday, October 13 to Monday, October 19. During this period, the following services will be temporarily suspended:
・Replies to inquiries
・Shipment of orders
Receiving deliveries at our office will remain possible, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
We will respond to inquiries received during this period in the order they were received, starting October 20.
For orders placed during the current order period for “ippin | Stone Journey” and the Snowflake Necklace, both available for order until October 12, order confirmation messages will also be sent starting October 20.
