NISHINAGA was founded in 1978 as a Japanese kitchenware brand dedicated to iron.
At its own factory, NISHINAGA oversees the entire production process in-house, with iron frying pans at the core of its collection. By working deeply with iron—its strength, heat retention, and ability to improve with use—the brand creates tools designed to be used daily and trusted for years.
The philosophy is simple:
bring iron closer to everyday life, and make cookware that lasts.
Skilled craftsmanship and an original production system allow NISHINAGA to refine both performance and form, resulting in iron cookware that balances durability, usability, and quiet design. Brass and stainless steel items complement the lineup, but iron remains the foundation.
Built to be seasoned, maintained, and passed on,
NISHINAGA’s iron tools embody honest Japanese manufacturing—made for real cooking, in real kitchens, around the world.
Available for wholesale.
