皆さん、こんばんは！ご無沙汰しております。イベント告知させていただきます。
1/14(水)、HKCIGSチャンピオンの Ricky Chan さんを迎え、
Brewman Tokyo代々木店にてゲストシフトを開催します。
店主とRickyの出会いは、2014年に香港でオープンした
BrewBros Coffee。オープン当初から同じカウンターに立ち、日々コーヒーと向き合ってきた仲間でした。
その後、店主は日本へ、Rickyは香港でキャリアを重ね、
それぞれの場所でコーヒーと向き合い続けてきました。
そして今回、東京・代々木のBrewmanで再び同じカウンターに立てることを、とても嬉しく思います。
さらにRickyは、次回の世界大会へ
香港代表としての出場も控えています。
その節目のタイミングで迎えられることも、
私たちにとって特別な意味を持つ一日です。
当日は、

をご提供予定です。

We are honored to welcome Ricky Chan, HKCIGS Champion,
for a special guest shift at Brewman Tokyo Yoyogi.
Ricky and I first worked together in 2014,
when they opened BrewBros Coffee in Hong Kong.
From the very beginning, they stood behind the same bar,learning, growing, and sharing their passion for coffee.
Since then, I returned to Japan, while Ricky continued his journey in Hong Kong,both building their careers in different places.
Now, they reunite behind the bar once again —
this time at Brewman in Tokyo.
We are also excited to support Ricky as he prepares to represent Hong Kong at the next World Championship, making this moment even more special.
We will be serving:
• Coffee beverages with alcohol
• Special filter coffee
No reservation required.
Come and share this reunion with us through coffee.
