🗼BLUE LUG TOKYO & LOW-TECH FOLDING CAP🎣
ある時は笑えてある時はスマート😎いつもユニークなアイテムを生み出してくれるBLUE LUGのデザインラボから、今日はオリジナルのキャップをお届け
ボールキャップの方は漢字の”東京”と日本中の道路で目にする自転車マーク🚲をガッチャさせたオリジナルグラフィック(想像以上にいい感じの仕上がりだったので同モチーフのワッペンとピンズも作っちゃってます)
リフレクター素材のトリムがY2Kムードなロングビルキャップは携帯に便利なフォールディングタイプ。柔らかい素材で折りたためるよ。とかそう言う事では無く3つのパネルに分かれたつばがパタパタと重ねられるユニークな構造
型は浅めのジェットキャップで柔らかな生地がヴィンテージライク。サイドパネルがメッシュの切り替えで通気性良かったり、ハットクリップ(帽子が風で飛んでいかない)のディテールはあの頃のアウトドブランドを連想させたり
テッキーなニュアンスとローテクなギミックが絶妙な加減で着地した、他に無い感じをお楽しみ頂けたら😉

From silly and wacky to smart and cool designs, the Blue Lug graphic design team always comes up with unique stuff. Today we’re posting about two new hats.
The ball cap features an original graphic that mashes up the Japanese kanji for “Tokyo” with the bicycle symbol 🚲 seen on roads all across Japan.
It turned out even better than we expected, so we also mades some patches and pins using the same design.
With reflective trim giving it a strong Y2K vibe, the long-bill cap has a folding design that makes it easy to carry around.
And by “folding,” we don’t just mean that it’s made from soft bill. The brim is divided into three panels that fold nicely onto one another, giving it weird construction.
It has a low-profile five-panel silhouette, while the soft fabric gives it a vintage feel. Mesh side panels keep things breathable, and the weird clip which stops the hat from flying away in the wind brings back old outdoor gear vibes.
The techy feel and low-tech tricks come together in just the right balance.
