Today I hosted a tea tasting event in Mitaka, Tokyo. It’s been 10 years since I’ve hosted such an event, and am so happy to be doing something I love again. We drank four very different teas and ate scones with clotted cream and raspberry jam. Thank you to my friend Chihoko Hisatomi for organizing. I hope everyone enjoyed exploring different teas together!
