"Hi DMRC, let me share m story it can motivate someone. You see, back in 2016, I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes. Okay, let me take you back a little what happened before the diagnosis.
I am a lean person, sijawaikuwa mnono. But my work involved lots of sitting, I am a driver. I had this friend who used to work out and he could tell me to start working out..I could tell him mimi sio overweight so I do not need to work out. Poor me, I didn't know that working out was to keep me fit🥲🥲. Si mnajua vile madere hukula, I was a long distance once..from Nairobi to Mombasa..Nyama kule, fast foods and so much more.
Come 2016, there was a medical camp and free screening in our area..at this time, my body used to be tired all the time and nilijiambia ni uchovu ya driving..my fiancéé jokingly told me tukapimwe rbs.., to my surprise..my sugars were at 10. I was worried, later that week I went to the hospital and that is when I was diagnosed with prediabetes. Luckily, the doctor I got guided me well on how to reverse my sugars.
Let me tell you..saai exercise lazima
Eating healthy lazima
I am more fit.
My sugars are back to normal.
I am a happy person.
Ignorance is a disease, I got well.
And you people are doing a good job educating us."
