Karuga Muraya Speaks on Joshua Muraya Kagema i Health Condition

Following Karangu Muraya confirmation yesterday that his brother, Kagema Muraya, is admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH), their twin brother, Karuga Muraya, has also spoken about Kagema's condition.

Speaking emotionally, Karuga revealed that Kagema is in critical condition and is currently admitted on the 9th floor at KNH. He said doctors carried out all the necessary medical tests and discovered an illness, but he declined to disclose the specific diagnosis to the public. According to him, it is this illness that led to Kagema being admitted to the ICU.

Karuga broke down in tears as he expressed the pain of seeing his family go through another difficult moment, especially after they buried their elder brother just days ago following a tragic road accident.

He said he is praying fervently for his twin brother's recovery, admitting that although they have had disagreements in the past—even blocking each other on social media—they remain family, and he longs to see Kagema recover.

Karuga also clarified that, contrary to speculation, Kagema does not have cancer. He promised to provide a more detailed update after his next visit to the hospital.

He appealed to Kenyans to continue praying for Kagema Muraya and the entire family during this difficult time.
