The HUB is all about experience - for kids and adults in an environment where you can spend the whole day with all your needs being met under one location; from fashion, to entertainment, to fine dining and beyond. The HUB will be developed over two phases, the first phase being a 35,000sqm gross area (excluding parking), featuring a retail, offices, medical, wellness centre and targeting on opening in the third quarter 2015. #1. The Piazza (2000 sqm): Which will be used for Antique Market, Flower Show, Easter & Christmas Market, Craft Fair, Pet Fair, Music Events, Dance Performance, Art Exhibition, Outdoor Movies and much more.

#2. Staying green: Areas with walking trail, possibly low and high rope, mini golf, fishing, and wall climbing to mention but a few.

#3. An array of food and beverage outlets: Majority with outside space/terraces. At least one dedicated to family dining.

#4. Entertainment / Kids area: Dedicated to children; including an entertainment area, arcade, supervised play area, and more for all ages.

#5. Shopping : 22’500 sqm retail - blend of local and international retailers
