#3. An array of food and beverage outlets: Majority with outside space/terraces. At least one dedicated to family dining.

#4. Entertainment / Kids area: Dedicated to children; including an entertainment area, arcade, supervised play area, and more for all ages.

#5. Shopping : 22’500 sqm retail - blend of local and international retailers
