Vacancy Call Center Team Leader with own team.

We need Team Leader with own, ready to work with our leads data instantly, Team of Operators - SUPER SALES PERSON!

DESCRIPTION:

Team need call to local Khmer Leads (people who placed order for buy company’s products, HOT LEADS (not cold calls to databases))
Products: usual consumer goods like a watches, healthcare products and others

TARGETS FOR POSITION:

Team Leader (and his Team) in first day after short training for stream of hot leads must achieve a next Target:

1. Approval rate up from 65% (from total valid data)
2. UPSELL rate up from 20% (from total Approved leads)
3. Purchase rate up from 80% (from total Approved Leads- Orders)

Targets of each call:
1. Confirm orders
2. Upsell

with total KPI up from 50 leads daily per each of members

REQUIREMENTS:

Team Leader: local or foreigner, Men/Women, Experienced with Management and Sales by Phone.

Team of Operators: up from 4-6 people, Khmer native speakers, Men, up from 25 y.o. Each member have Experience in (direct/via phone) Sales more than 3 years.

1. OBA Open account crm for TL
2. OBA Educate TL how to use
3. OBA Educate TL about product and FAQ
4. TL educate TM about product
5. OBA open leads data inside CRM for TL - TL distribute them among Members. TL fixing results of operation Leads inside CRM (for each of members)

If point 5 is ok

6. OBA open new Department for TL and TM
7. OBA Open accounts CRM for Team Members.
8. TL educate TM with crm usage. Test theirs skills. OBA checking Test results
9. OBA Open leads data CRM for operate them by whole department (directly to TM, without TL attitude to distribution processes)
10. If point 9 is ok - scaling up leads
11. Point 10 means - Terms from OBA side for provide conditions for test are executed successfull
12. Valuations results of TM and overall impact. By educating TL with reports system and details of crm science and inside corporate technologies vs management tool sets

The ORIENTAL Business Alliance, OBA, represented by Local Legal Entities Group in Cambodia, is concerned over the increased number of scam cases brought to its attention regarding cheating by Company’s and it’s Employee in the framework of Labour Policies and recruitment of staff.

False and untrue information is disseminated by a group of persons who were candidates for work in the Group of Companies and were tested for compliance with positions.

The public and suppliers are being lured into believing that they have won tender awards or are successful in applications made to WASREB, through telephone calls.
A Criminal case was officially initiated against a group of persons in Local Authorities of PhnomPenh city, with a claim for damages from losses as a result of their criminal activities in the amount of tens of thousands of dollars.

Attached details of this fact, the names of the participants are not all in list. The full list of members of the criminal group is currently being establishing by the investigation of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) and its Officers.
