អ្នកនាំពាក្យក្រសួងការពារជាតិ សូមធ្វើការបញ្ជាក់ជូនដូចខាងក្រោម៖

1-យោងតាមរបាយការណ៍របស់ក្រសួងការងារនិងបណ្តុះបណ្តាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈ ចាប់តាំងពីថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែកក្កដា រហូតមកដល់ថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែកក្កដាឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ពលករខ្មែរបានវិលត្រឡប់ពីប្រទេសថៃវិញមានចំនួនប្រមាណ ២០៣ ៧០៦ នាក់ ដោយឡែកកាលពីថ្ងៃម្សិលមិញមានពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរចំនួន ១២០ ៤៣៨ នាក់ដែលបានវិលចូលប្រទេសកម្ពុជាវិញ។ នៅថ្ងៃនេះ យើងរំពឹងថានឹងមានពលករវិលត្រឡប់ពីប្រទេសថៃមកកម្ពុជាប្រមាណជាង ១៥ម៉ឺននាក់។ ដូច្នេះក្នុងរយៈពេល ៥ ថ្ងៃនេះ ពលករខ្មែរបានវិលត្រឡប់មកកាន់កម្ពុជាវិញប្រមាណជិត ៤០ ម៉ឺននាក់ ហើយចំនួននេះនឹងត្រូវកើនឡើងបន្ថែមទៀត ប្រសិនបើការប្រយុទ្ធគ្នានៅតែបន្ត។

According to the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, approximately 203,706 Cambodian workers returned from Thailand between July 24 and July 27, 2025. Notably, 120,438 Cambodians returned just yesterday. Today, more than 150,000 additional workers are expected to return from Thailand to Cambodia. Over this five-day period, nearly 400,000 Cambodian workers will have returned. If the fighting continues, even more are likely to come back.

២-គិតត្រឹមថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នេះ ជនភៀសសឹកដែលបានជម្លៀសមកទីទួលសុវត្ថិភាព និងផ្ទះសាច់ញាតិមានចំនួន ៤ ខេត្ត មានចំនួនសរុប ៣៩ ៨២៨ គ្រួសារស្មើនឹង ១៣៤ ៧០៧ នាក់រាប់ទាំងកុមារ ស្ត្រីមានផ្ទៃពោះ ចាស់ជរា និងជនពិការ។

2-As of July 27, 2025, a total of 39,828 families—comprising 134,707 individuals, including children, pregnant women, the elderly, and persons with disabilities—have been displaced and relocated to safe zones or the homes of relatives across four provinces.

Statement of the Ministry of National Defense of the Kingdom of Cambodia

Phnom Penh, July 26, 2025

The Ministry of National Defense of the Kingdom of Cambodia strongly condemns, in the strongest possible terms, the unprovoked and premeditated act of aggression committed by the Kingdom of Thailand at 05:02 AM on July 26, 2025, involving the firing of five heavy artillery shells into multiple locations in Ekphap Village, Thmor Da Commune, Veal Veng District, Pursat Province.

This violation of Cambodia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity constitutes a grave breach of international law, including the principles enshrined in the United Nations Charter, and has resulted in harm to innocent civilian lives, while disrupting peace and stability in the region.

The Kingdom of Cambodia calls on the international community to strongly condemn Thailand’s illegal act of aggression. Cambodia demands that Thailand immediately cease all hostile actions and uphold its obligations under international law.

While Cambodia remains committed to resolving disputes peacefully and in accordance with international law, it reserves the right to self-defense as stipulated in Article 51 of the United Nations Charter.

The Royal Cambodian Armed Forces (RCAF) reaffirm their unwavering commitment to defend the nation’s sovereignty, territorial integrity, and the safety of its people against Thailand’s brutal and unlawful acts of aggression.
