Chocolates are available through Grocerdel.App and Farmhouse Market Camko. Hannah Lyn, chocolatier and founder of Chocolate by H, is a nutritionist-dietitian by profession. Her long history of love in creating food through her family played a major role in her habit of feeding friends and relatives at home. It's no surprise that she decided to

follow her dream of having an artisanal chocolate laboratory of her own and signed up in Ecolé Chocolat's Professional Chocolatier course in August 2012 and the Callebaut Chocolate Academie in Belgium in 2015. Handmade chocolate bonbons are her specialty, concentrating on fresh and high quality ingredients. She makes sure the majority of her fresh ingredients are indigenous to her current area and dependent on food items in season. Most of her creations are inspired of people, personalities and places close to her heart (her durian truffle is inspired by her father, Roberto, as this is his favorite fruit and he taught her to develop a taste for it as well). Katribu Chocolates is an offshoot of Chocolate by H. Hannah Lyn and Martin’s dream is to make chocolate from scratch, partnering with Cacao farmers. It's Katribu's desire to promote quality Asian cacao beans.
