It’s been a while since we posted but thought it important to share this, especially to those of you with small businesses that follow us. Over the last few days we’ve received multiple direct messages supposedly from META saying that this page would be disabled for breeches of service. A few quick Google searches revealed it’s a scam to try to hack our account and is fairly widespread at the moment. Blocking and reporting the account doesn’t seem to do anything as we’ve received the same threat after blocking multiple times. Just now we’ve received this message saying our account has been disabled and to click on the link to get it back, blah blah blah. Clearly this page hasn’t been disabled as we’re able to post this now, but we just wanted to give those who follow us a heads up. It’s a jungle out there and times are tough; no small business we know can take a hit from being scammed right now. Stay safe my loves. Do a quick Google search on anything that slides into your DMs that feels off or causes you to panic and click on any links, because chances are it’s bu****it and someone trying to fleece you.
