Thailand has violated the ceasefire agreement by arresting 20 Cambodian soldiers (and shooting two others whose conditions remain unknown—whether dead or alive) under the pretense of inviting them to shake hands and take group photos. Thailand’s actions constitute a breach of the Kuala Lumpur ceasefire agreement and are in violation of international law, specifically the 1949 Geneva Conventions concerning the treatment of prisoners of war (POWs). Cambodia must gather evidence in order to condemn Thailand for committing war crimes.

ថៃបានរំលោភលើបទឈប់បាញ់ ដោយការចាប់ខ្លួនទាហានកម្អុជា២០នាក់(និងបាញ់ដួលលើដី២នាក់ មិនទាន់ដឹងថាស្លាប់ឬរស់) ក្រោមហេតុផលមកសុំចាប់ដៃនិងថតរូបជាមួគ្នា។ សកម្មភាពរបស់ថៃបានរំលោភលើបទឈប់បាញ់ទីក្រុងKL និងខុសច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ អនុសញ្ញាទីក្រុងហ្សឺណែវឆ្នាំ១៩៤៩ ស្តីពីការប្រព្រឹត្តលើអ្នកទោសសង្គ្រាម(ឈ្លើយសឹក)។ កម្ពុជាត្រូវតែប្រមូលភស្តុតាងដើម្បីថ្កោលទោសថៃ ពីបទឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មសង្គ្រាម។

ខ្ញុំចង់បានយុត្តិធម៌សម្រាប់កម្ពុជា។ ពួកយើងជាប្រទេសសន្តិភាព ប៉ុន្តែដែនដី និងប្រជាជនរបស់យើងត្រូវបានវាយប្រហារ។ កម្ពុជាមិនមែនជាអ្នកចាប់ផ្តើមសង្គ្រាមទេ។ ពួកយើងគ្រាន់តែការពារទឹកដី។ ខ្ញុំសូមអំពាវនាវដល់ពិភពលោកឲ្យមើលឃើញការពិត និងគាំទ្រសន្តិភាព និងយុត្តិធម៌សម្រាប់ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា។

I want justice for Cambodia. We are a peaceful country, but our land and people were attacked. Cambodia did not start the war, we are only protecting our home. I ask.the world to see the truth and support peace and fairness for the Cambodian people.
