This is what it looks like when a new batch of Sombai comes to life. Fresh local fruit, measured ratio to ratio, poured by hand, gallons at a time. No machines, no mass production. Just our team in the infusion showroom doing what they do best.

If you visit on a sunny afternoon, you might just catch us mid-pour. Every flavor is infused for up to one year using our own recipes, with a touch of sweet honey and black sugar cane. 🎋🍯

Rice is the foundation of Cambodian life. It fills every table and forms the base of traditional rice alcohol, long enjoyed in celebrations, hospitality, and traditional remedies. For generations, local ingredients have been infused with fruits, roots, and spices to draw out flavor, aroma, and character. That connection between rice, culture, and craft is where our story begins.

Sombai continues this heritage, transforming rice w**e into handcrafted liqueurs. Inspired by Mauritian craftsmanship, each jar is prepared slowly and naturally, allowing every ingredient to fully express itself.

If you are comfortable working in a busy shop, enjoy meeting guests, want to share Cambodian culture, and are excited to learn new skills, we would love to hear from you. We have groups visiting every day.

Position: Shop Staff & Host
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Mon–Sat, 1hr lunch)
Salary: USD $250 (depending on experience and language skills)
