2) selepas barang sampai ke tangan pelanggan, sila cek jika ade kerosakan semasa penghantaran & maklum kn pada kami dengan kadar segera (jika terdapat kerosakan)
3) ambil gmbar sebagai bukti
4) tempoh masa claim selama 2 hari dari tarikh menerima barang. selepas 2 hari segala masalah tidak akan di layan.
