《𝗘𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗘𝗮𝘀𝘁》 탄성의 동쪽
동아시아의 호흡 감각과 신체 인식에서 출발한 《Elastic East》는 몸의 움직임을 통해 집단적 공명의 가능성을 탐구하는 작품이다.
호흡과 긴장, 이완, 그리고 몸 안에서 발생하는 미세한 진동으로부터 시작된 움직임은 서로 다른 리듬과 겹쳐지고 충돌하며 하나의 파장으로 이어진다.
빠르게 연결되지만 깊게 공명하지 못하는 사회 속에서,
몸의 진동은 다시 함께 호흡한다.

Inspired by East Asian perceptions of breath and the body, Elastic East explores collective resonance through movement.
Emerging from breath, tension, release, and subtle internal impulses, individual rhythms gradually overlap and expand into a shared vibration.
In a society that is increasingly connected yet rarely resonates in depth, the vibration of the body learns to breathe together once again.
