Switch Special Edition Comme Des Garcons 50th Anniversary Issue

● Includes “Comme des Garçons All Cover Top Feature”
In 2015, the first Comme des Garçons cover feature of “SWITCH”, which became a hot topic with a 15,000-character exclusive long interview with designer Rei Kawakubo, who did not respond to domestic media coverage, was published in London, Ginza, Special feature on DOVER STREET MARKET in New York, coverage of Rei Kawakubo holding a special exhibition at the Metropolitan Museum of Art as the first living designer since Yves Saint Laurent, and an exclusive interview with Björk who visited the exhibition. Includes a special feature on the front cover of all five "SWITCH" covers, including special features. In addition, the visual magazine "Six" published between 1988 and 1991 published all pages in eight volumes, the "Comme des Garçons Furniture" catalog produced in 1990 was reprinted in magazines, and it was produced from 2008 to 2023. Comme des Garçons "DM" will be taken down and recorded.

The Dailies - Thomas Demand [토마스 데만트]

The Dailies collects snapshots of a world unmistakably our own yet equally strange. Made through Thomas Demand's renowned practice of constructing, photographing, and destroying meticulous paper models, this series captures minor, everyday moments based on iPhone photographs. Viewed together, they are an inventory of traces - signs of consumption, evidence of people just departed or out of sight, spectres of things left behind. Demand describes the series as a form of Haiku: simple fragments strung together to inspire reflection and help us take stock of our daily lives. Just as they trigger deja vu through their performed, minimal repetition, they ask us to look again, and afresh, to discover an ordinary yet enlightening beauty. This new volume brings together the entirety of Demand's series to date in an expanded edition interwoven with an extended essay by critic Hal Foster.

Tom Sachs: Spaceships

The most recent body of work by the popular American artist to focus on his highly inventive interpretation of space travel, published for the first time.

뉴욕과 팜 비치에서 동시다발적으로 전시회와 함께 출간된 이 책은 아티스트 Tom Sachs(b. 1966)의 우주선 주제를 중심으로 하는 학제 간 전시회를 따라가며, 두 작품 모두 우주선과 로켓을 조각과 채색 형태로 표현했습니다. 공식적으로 또는 개념적으로 우리 사회의 우주선 아이디어와 관련된 보다 간접적인 참조. 후버 진공의 조각은 공간의 진공을 암시합니다. Sachs가 가장 좋아하는 레코드 플레이어의 브리콜라주 연주는 우주선의 형태를 연상시킵니다. 타이타닉과 관련된 작업은 영역 간 이동이라는 아이디어를 제안합니다. 다른 작품은 우주선을 보다 직접적으로 표현하고 지난 15년 동안 그의 작업에서 중심적인 중요성을 지닌 Sachs의 우주 프로그램과 관련이 있습니다.
