Four Pillars Gin is now the 2023 Sustainable Distillery of the Year AND 2023 Visitor Attraction of the Year! On top of those massive awards, our very own Cam Mackenzie has been declared 2023 Master Distiller of the Year! How bloody amazing is that!?

- Four Pillars Christmas Gin 2020 Limited Edition
- 700ml / 43.8% ABV

호주 최고의 세계적인 명성의 진(Gin) 브랜드인 '포 필라스(Four Pillars)'에서 2016년부터 매년 발매되는 Limited Edition 제품인 크리스마스 진이 12월 21일부터 한국시장에서도 판매됩니다. 올해는 전 세계에 유행하고 있는 코로나로 인하여 한국 도착시기가 조금 늦어졌습니다.

'포 필라스 크리스마스 진'을 만들기 위하여 우리는 12가지 보타니컬에 포 필라스 진의 창립자인 Cameron의 돌아가신 어머니인 Wilma의 레서피로 만든 크리스마스 푸딩을 함께 넣어 증류된 진의 4%를 126년전에 제작되어 그랜츠 싱글몰트 위스키를 숙성하는데 사용된 후 80년간 호주의 강화와인(뮈스캇)을 숙성하였던 셰리캐스크로 보내 캐스크 숙성을 진행니다.

이 숙성은 솔레라 방식으로 진행되는데, 먼저 캐스크에서 숙성된 진의 4%를 빼낸 후 올해 새로 증류된 진의 4%를 캐스크에 채웁니다.

이렇게 빼낸 숙성진은 올해 새로 증류된 나머지 96%의 진과 블렌딩되고, 여기에 P.X.셰리 캐스크에서 숙성된 클래식한 '루더글렌 뮈스캇'이 첨가됨으로써 풍성한 캐릭터가 배가됩니다.
