매일 아침, 스티머스의 에스프레소 블렌드는 커핑을 통한 1차 품질 검사로 하루를 시작합니다.

통과된 로트(Lot)들은 일자별·블렌드별로 FORGE 랩실에 별도 보관되며 지속적인 모니터링 대상이 됩니다. 랩실에서는 다양한 종류의 그라인더와 추출 변수를 활용해 수시로 컵을 테스트하고, 각 매장으로부터도 현재 사용 중인 블렌드의 실제 추출 데이터를 매일 공유받아 차곡차곡 쌓아갑니다.

이렇게 다각도로 모인 데이터는 부족한 부분을 즉각 개선하고 밸런스를 한 단계 더 끌어올리는 기준이 됩니다. 스티머스의 파트너사들이 언제나 믿고 사용할 수 있는 안정적인 품질을 유지하기 위한 집요한 루틴입니다.

Every morning at Steamers, our espresso blends begin the day with a primary quality check through cupping.

Passed lots are stored separately by date and blend in the FORGE lab for continuous monitoring. In the lab, we conduct frequent tests across various grinders and extraction variables, while receiving daily real-time extraction data from each store to build our quality database.

The data gathered from these multiple angles serves as our benchmark for making immediate refinements and elevating balance. This meticulous routine is how we ensure consistent, reliable quality that our partner shops can trust every single day.

From Voyager, Player, and Old Neighbor to Decaf—sample requests are always welcome via KakaoTalk Channel or DM. If you prefer an in-person tasting and consultation, we will gladly arrange a session by advance reservation at your choice of Bucheon Forge, Sinsa Coffee Factory, or Seocho Factory Shop.
