INTRODUCING Jayou 자유 KR to PH‘s TRACKING AND INVOICE PORTAL 💜
We made this portal for a more organized invoice and tracking link where customers are able to check their item’s status real-time.
Once an order is placed, we will send you the link!
KEYPOINTS:
1. INVOICE - Customers are able to see how much their required deposit is and how much the rest of their balance is. The bank account information are also already included on the link that we will provide you.
2. TRACKING - Once the item has already arrived in our Korean address or once we buy the item, we will upload a photo of it and customers will be able to see it there. Customers are also able to see if the items have already been shipped from Korea to the Philippines.
3. LOCAL SHIPPING REFERENCE NUMBER - Once the items arrive in the Philippines, the balance has been settled, our local delivery form has been filled out — when our PH staff sends it through LBC, we will also upload the reference number there.
Therefore, we won’t send you separate messages for invoice, photos of the items, deposit info and reference number anymore as it’s already automated. Whenever you’d like to check your order status, just click the link we provided you and everything should be there.
