أزهار الصعود… حكاية بدأت سنة 1985 وما زالت مستمرة

في سنة 1985، بدأت الحكاية…

لم تكن البداية مجرد مشروع تجاري، بل كانت بداية حلم عائلي بُني على التعب، المحبة، الإصرار والإيمان بأن العمل الحقيقي لا ينجح بين ليلة وضحاها، بل يحتاج إلى سنوات طويلة من الصبر والخبرة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.

منذ اليوم الأول، كان هدفنا واضحًا:
أن تكون أزهار الصعود أكثر من مجرد محل لبيع الزهور.

أردنا أن نصنع مكانًا يشعر فيه الزبون بأنه بين أهله، وأن يعرف أن كل وردة يطلبها، وكل باقة يختارها، وكل هدية يرسلها، ستُحضّر بعناية وكأنها لنا نحن.

مرت السنوات، وتغيّرت الأذواق، وتطورت طرق تنسيق الزهور، وتغيرت التكنولوجيا وطرق التواصل والشراء، لكن شيئًا واحدًا لم يتغير في أزهار الصعود:

الاهتمام بالزبون.

كبرت أزهار الصعود مع عائلتها، وتراكمت الخبرة سنة بعد سنة، وأصبح لدينا فهم أعمق للزهور، لألوانها، لمواسمها، لطريقة المحافظة عليها، ولأهم شيء… للمشاعر التي يريد الإنسان أن يعبّر عنها من خلال زهرة.

فالزهور بالنسبة إلينا ليست مجرد منتج.

الزهرة قد تكون كلمة "أحبك".
وقد تكون "مبروك".
وقد تكون "اشتقت إليك".
وقد تكون "شكرًا".
وقد تكون رسالة مواساة في أصعب الأوقات.

ولهذا نتعامل مع كل طلب بمسؤولية كبيرة، لأننا نعرف أن وراء كل باقة قصة، ووراء كل طلب شخص يريد أن يُسعد شخصًا آخر.

ومع مرور الوقت، أصبح لدينا زبائن لم يعودوا مجرد زبائن.

أصبحوا أصدقاء.
أصبحوا عائلات.
وأصبح بعضهم يطلب منا الباقة نفسها التي أرسلها قبل سنوات، لأنه يعرف أننا نفهم ذوقه ومناسبته.

وهنا نعرف أننا نجحنا.

لأن هدفنا الأساسي لم يكن يومًا بيع أكبر عدد من الباقات.

هدفنا كان وما زال:

كل زبون راضي.

فالزبون الراضي هو أكبر شهادة لنا.
والزبون الذي يعود إلينا هو أجمل مكافأة.
والزبون الذي ينصح بنا أمام عائلته وأصدقائه هو الإعلان الحقيقي الذي نفتخر به.

اليوم، وبعد كل هذه السنوات، ننظر إلى أزهار الصعود ونرى وراء كل زهرة قصة تعب.

تعب العائلة.
تعب الموظفين.
تعب السنين.
التحديات.
الأيام الصعبة.
والإصرار على الاستمرار وتقديم الأفضل.

لم يكن الطريق دائمًا سهلًا، ولكننا تعلمنا أن النجاح الحقيقي لا يأتي من الحظ وحده.

النجاح يُبنى يومًا بعد يوم.

باقة بعد باقة.
زبونًا بعد زبون.
وثقة بعد ثقة.

واليوم، أزهار الصعود مستمرة كعائلة تعمل في مجال الزهور والنباتات والهدايا، وتخدم المناسبات المختلفة، مع المحافظة على الروح التي بدأت بها الحكاية.

منذ 1985 وحتى اليوم، ما زلنا نفتح أبوابنا كل يوم بنفس الفكرة التي بدأت بها الحكاية:

أن نعمل بضمير، وأن نقدّم الأفضل، وأن نرى الابتسامة على وجه الزبون عندما تصل إليه الزهور.

لأننا نؤمن أن أجمل نجاح يمكن أن يصل إليه أي محل هو أن يقول عنه زبونه:
