Our konafa originates from a genuine family story back to 1920's, a business firstly established by (the grandfather) by making Konafa at home and selling it on a wooden-vehicle, then by founding Nemer Elwadi konafa in 1972. However, the core part of the story resides in Nemer Elwadi humble beginning, equipped only with very basic Knafa making tools; he commenced confectioning Konafa in a very small space next to his house, and ever since the brand and the recipe evolves to become a famously known superior mark™. In 2012 Mohamad Nemer Elwadi (the son) launched his store in the Konafa industry during the right set of circumstances, whilst the brand is glorifying decades of success, distinction, continuity, and family camaraderie.
