الشوكولا والبراد؟

إذا اضطرّينا نحط الشوكولا بالبراد، في شغلتين أساسيين لازم ننتبه عليهم:
🔺لازم نلفها منيح حتى ما تتعرّض لرطوبة البراد أو تمتص روائح الأكل.
🔺و لما تطلعا من البراد، ما نفتحها فورًا! خليها مسكّرة وخليها ترجع تدريجيًا لحرارة الغرفة، تقريبًا ساعتين، قبل ما نفتحها.

لي؟
لأن فرق الحرارة ممكن يعمل condensation والرطوبة على سطح الشوكولا ممكن تسبب Sugar Bloom — الطبقة البيضاء اللي أوقات بتظهر على الشوكولا.
