Dear Customers,
Xiaomi 17 Ultra Leica Edition සඳහා අපට විශාල ප්රමාණයකින් Orders ලැබී ඇත.නමුත් Hardware ගැටලු හේතුවෙන් මෙම ඇණවුම් අවලංගු කිරීමට අපි තීරණය කර ඇත.
හඳුනාගත් ප්රධාන ගැටලු:
Camera එකේ බරපතළ ගුණාත්මක ගැටලුවක් පවතී. එය හෙල්ලෙමින් ගැස්සෙන අතර, අඩු ගුණාත්මක ලෝහ ශබ්දයක් (clacking sound) නිපදවයි. මෙම ශබ්දය වීඩියෝ රෙකෝඩ් කිරීමේදී පවා ඇසෙයි.
Camera Ring ලිහිල් වීම හේතුවෙන් දූවිලි සහ සාක්කුවේ තියෙන කුණු පහසුවෙන් කැමරා මොඩියුලයට ඇතුළුවේ. දූවිලි හෝ අනෙකුත් කණිකා හේතුවෙන් සිදුවන ලෙන්ස් හානි සඳහා වගකීම් (warranty) නොමැති බව Xiaomi විසින් නිල වශයෙන් ප්රකාශ කර ඇත.
මෙම සියලු දේ පරීක්ෂා කිරීම සඳහා මම දුරකථනය මිලදීගෙන භාවිතා කර බැලූ අතර, මෙම ගැටලු සැබෑවක් බව තහවුරු විය.
මෙම හේතු නිසා, Xiaomi 17 Ultra Leica Edition මිලදී ගැනීම මම නිර්දේශ නොකරමි. ලාභයට වඩා අපගේ ගනුදෙනුකරුවන්ගේ තෘප්තිය අපට ඉහළ ප්රමුඛතාවයකි.
සාමාන්ය Xiaomi 17 Ultra මාදිලිය සම්බන්ධයෙන් මෙවැනි ගැටලු කිසිවක් වාර්තා වී නොමැත. අපි දැනටමත් ඒකක 7–10ක් විකිණී ඇති අතර, හොඳ ධනාත්මක ප්රතිචාර ලැබී ඇත. එම නිසා, මම විශ්වාසයෙන් මෙම මාදිලිය නිර්දේශ කරමි.
ඔබගේ අවබෝධය සහ අඛණ්ඩ විශ්වාසයට ස්තූතියි.
We have received lots of orders for the Xiaomi 17 Ultra Leica Edition. After careful review, we are cancelling the orders because of poor hardware quality and problems.
1. Camera ring has a huge quality problem. The camera ring wobbles and shakes, making a cheap metallic clacking sound, its even audible during video recordings.
2. Camera ring is loose, so the dust and pocket lint easily gets inside the phones camera and Xiaomi has officially stated that there's no warranty for damage camera lens due to dust or other particles
3. I bought the phone myself and tested all these claims and yes, these problems exists.
For these reasons, I do not recommend purchasing the Xiaomi 17 Ultra Leica Edition. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, above any profit considerations.
The regular Xiaomi 17 Ultra has no reported issues. We have already sold 7–10 units with positive customer feedback, and I confidently recommend this variant.
